Chia Seed
Pudding
It is a healthy dish made by soaking chia seeds in milk.
It is nutritious, filling, and easy to make.
Ingredients
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
Milk or almond milk – ½ cup
Honey or dates – 1 tsp (optional)
Fruits – few pieces (optional)
Take a bowl.
Add chia seeds.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Rest for 10–15 minutes.
Add fruit or honey and eat.
