Pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper, tomato ketchup, cheese (optional).
1. Boil pasta with salt and oil, drain and set aside.
2. Make puree: blend boiled tomatoes.
3. Prepare sauce: sauté garlic and onion in oil → add tomato puree, ketchup, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano → cook till thick.
4. Mix pasta in sauce, stir gently, cook 2–3 mins.
5. Serve hot with cheese or basil garnish.
