½ cup oats (powder bana lein) ½ cup grated paneer 2 tbsp dahi 1 chhoti pyaaz (barik kati hui) 1 hari mirch (optional) Thoda sa grated gajar Namak & haldi swad anusar Thoda pani (batter banane ke liye) 1 tsp oil

Oats powder, paneer, dahi aur sabziyan mix karein

Thoda pani daal kar medium consistency ka batter bana lein.

Tawa garam  karein, halka  sa oil lagayein.

Batter daal kar halka spread karein.

Dono side se golden hone tak sek lein or chutney k sath enjoy krein.
