Avocado Toast
Avocado toast: rich in good fats, full of energy
Brown bread – 1–2 slices
Avocado – ½
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Chia or flax seeds – 1 tsp
Cut avocado and take pulp in a bowl.
Mash avocado with a fork.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Toast the bread.
Spread avocado mixture on toast.
Sprinkle seeds and eat.
