Masala Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients 4 slices of bread 100 g paneer (grated) 1 small tomato, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Butter (for spreading)

Mix Filling: In a bowl, mix paneer, tomato, onion, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt well.

Prepare Bread: Spread a little butter on the bread slices.

Add Filling: Spread the paneer mixture on one slice of bread.

Cover Slice: Place the second slice of bread on top.

Toast Sandwich: Toast both sides in a pan or sandwich maker until golden brown.

Serve: Cut and serve the hot sandwich immediately.
