Veg  Nuggets

Prepare veggies: Finely chop or grate boiled potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, and capsicum.

Mix: Add breadcrumbs, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs. Mix well.

Shape nuggets: Take small portions and shape them into nuggets.

Coat: Dip each nugget in cornflour slurry (cornflour + water), then roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry: Deep fry or shallow fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.

Serve: Drain excess oil and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
