Beetroot Paratha  Benefits

Rich in iron and fiber, beetroot paratha boosts energy, improves blood circulation, supports digestion, and keeps you full for longer.

1. Prepare Beetroot: Wash, peel, and grate 1 medium beetroot. Squeeze lightly to remove excess water.

2. Make Dough: In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, grated beetroot, salt, and a little oil. Knead into a soft dough using minimal water.

3. Rest Dough: Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

Roll Paratha: Divide dough into balls. Roll each ball into a round paratha using dry flour.

Cook Paratha: Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, applying oil or ghee until golden spots appear.

Serve Hot: Serve hot beetroot paratha with curd, butter, or pickle.
